There are so many ways of using tofu in cuisine – whether in salad, from the frying pan or in your soup, tofu tastes great every time; tofu is especially effective at taking up oil and flavour. General tofu recipe ideas
- Try diced tofu cubes instead of mincemeat in soups and casseroles
- Marinade cut tofu for one to two hours in your favourite sauce
- Use tofu cubes – either natural or smoked – in your salads together with zingy salad seasonings
- Fry up spiced Tofu Natur slices on both sides – also good for breadcrumbs
- Wok up a mouth-watering stir-fry with tofu cubes and wok veggies
