Raspberry-cherry shake (serves four)

500 ml SOJA FIT Bio NATUR drink
150g pitted cherries
150g fresh or frozen raspberries
1-2 teaspoons of almond paste

Wash the fruit thoroughly. Put the ingredients into the blender and stir until foamy. Add a leaf of mint and cherry for decoration and serve cold in a glass.

 
 

Ice coffee (serves four)

500 ml SOJA FIT Bio Eiscafé ice coffee
8 balls of vanilla ice
Cream (vegetarian, such as Schlag-Fein), chocolate sprinkles or flake for garnish

Divide up the vanilla ice into the glasses. Foam up SOJA FIT Eiscafé ice coffee with a mixing wand or egg whisk, and pour over the ice. Add cream, chocolate flake or wafers to taste, and away you go.
